About me
I am a certified Expressive Art therapist originally from Chile, with a wealth of international experience having lived, worked and studied in New York, London and Barcelona.
As a professional artist, I have worked across several disciplines including Theatre, Music, Dance, visual arts and literature. I have also worked with social Theatre in the communities of Chile, Brasil, London and Barcelona.
My background in body disciplines such as Dance, Yoga, Bio energetic and Pilates inspired me to create my own method called "Expressive Motion", which I have incorporated into my therapy sessions. This has given me a deep understanding of the importance of physical health in relation to mental health.
In my quest to deepen my knowledge and skills, I studied Art Therapy at the Association of Art British Therapists during my 8 years in London. I then graduated from IATBA (Institute of Art Therapy Transdisciplinary) after finishing the Master in Art Therapy interdisciplinary and human development in Barcelona.
Currently based in Barcelona, I offer private and group sessions as an Art therapist, and also work with families providing creative workshops and seminars.

Creative Dance Therapy for Families
In this wonderful workshop, families have the opportunity to express themselves through dance and movement. During the session, movement serves as the primary avenue for children to create and re-experience their emotions, either directly or indirectly through metaphor and play. Moreover, there are special benefits that come from playing with a parent or other loving adults, as playing together is one of the most effective ways to build strong relationships with your child. Welcome to my Creative Art Experience, where you don't need to be an artist to join us on a fun and creative journey! Our process is a bridge for social and creative communication, and creativity can increase the pleasure and joy of living.
During our sessions, we will explore different art techniques such as imagery, storytelling, drawing, writing, and collage. We will also work collaboratively, with each person adding to a composition in sequence, allowing creativity to flow naturally and playfully.
